When you take advantage of our Premium Package, you will gain a personal marketing consultant to assist you in all aspects of getting your book listed, noticed and purchased.
Marketing can be a heavy lift for a self-published author. Navigating the many media options to reach your target audience can be confusing, costly, and time-consuming.

Digital Marketing Plan
The consultant will develop a custom digital marketing strategy to best position your book in the marketplace. The plan will outline:
● Objectives
● Sales Goals
● Positioning
● Target audience
● Branding
● Key messaging
● Social media platform recommendations
● Social media calendar
Author Coaching
You and the consultant will have a total of four Zoom sessions to develop, implement
and review your marketing strategy.
Session activities include:
● Reviewing the digital marketing plan.
● Guiding you on how to leverage various digital marketing channels (e.g. content types appropriate to different channels, scheduling of posts, tone, and tools)
● Setting up social media channels or reviewing existing ones. Recommended channels (no
more than two to start):
○ Facebook
○ Twitter
○ Instagram
○ LinkedIn
○ TikTok (video assets produced by the author)
○ YouTube (video assets produced by the author)
○ Goodreads Author Program (profile page)
○ Amazon author page (via Kindle Direct Publishing)
● Self-promotion guidance (e.g. securing speaking engagements/presentations, blog
tours, outreach to organizations, local media, libraries, colleges/universities,
podcasters, YouTubers)
An “Author Marketing Toolkit” will be provided that will include the above elements,
content calendar, and sample copy for digital marketing channels (social and email).
Digital Marketing Content Creation
The consultant will write, design and schedule social media posts and provide weekly reports on the marketing campaign, making adjustments to the strategy as warranted.
● Development of content editorial calendar
● Creation of social media posts in Canva (graphics and copy)
● Social media monitoring
Digital Advertising
Many factors go into determining the right digital ad campaign; including the type of ad,
keywords, target audience, and campaign length.
The consultant can provide you with the best options taking those factors into consideration.
● Facebook (banner ads) and/or Amazon (sponsored product listing)
● Setting up ad accounts on each platform
● Targeting (audience, keywords)
● Writing and designing ads (up to 3 per platform)
Email marketing, website design and other services
These services may be purchased separately from the consultant.
